PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER DUTIES:
Served as a first point of contact for clients and responded to enquiries concerning company’s services.
Responsible for making and receiving client facing calls on behalf of the company, also sending mails and
Project the company's image positively
Responding to clients mails on different issues such as enquiries, complaints etc
Conduct market research for the company.
Frequently updated public feedbacks and opinions about the company.
Coordinate and ensured effective media publicity for the company (TV, Radio & Print Media)
Liaise with media houses (TV, Radio & Print Media) to advertise company services.
Plan and coordinate company’s Internal and External events such as: Monthly meeting held for clients from diiferent parts of Nigeria. End of the year party held for staffs, yearly official visits
Responsible for sourcing new clients for the company.
Help to establish an effective communication, between the company and both existing customers and intending customers.
Arrange and facilitate business meeting between the company and potential client.
Handle local and International travel logistics for the company.
In charge of processing and making payments to contractors on behalf of the company.
Represent the company at several events in Nigeria, Ghana and other country.
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY DUTIES:
Attending & taking operational meeting & procedure.
Drafting & Typing of confidential letters & memo for both internal & external communication.
Keeping, Maintenance & filing of Correspondence as appropriate.
Handling of incoming & outgoing correspondence.
Issue correspondence on behalf of the company.
Retrieve information, data and document for the Managing Director.
Receiving of communication (calls / internet) for the Company.
Keeps record of both incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Handles staff Matters and also Perform other duties as assigned.
Handling of staff correspondence & welfare (junior & senior) for management.
Arranging & Coordination of staff recruitment processes.
Prepare advice for training.
Perform other duties as assigned,
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Decision making abilities.
Candidate must at least have 2-3 years post NYSC experience.
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in any discipline
